What shall we do when the car breaks down?

All our vehicles are covered by AA roadside service. They have 24-hour emergency support line and can send their staff to assist you even when your car breaks down in the middle of nowhere. Please contact us first and we will advise you of what you need to tell them.
Can we use your child seat?
Yes. Rental fee for a child seat is $5 per day. Please let us know if you need any when making a reservation.
What do we do when we are in a car accident while driving your car?
Take a note of the other vehicle’s registration number, the driver’s name and contact details, and call the police (111) first. Please contact us after that, we have 24/7 support available for you.
Do you have a minimum age requirement for renting a car?
No, we don’t. Please beware that, however, if you are under the age of 20, the excess for car insurance will be $3,500.
Do we need a credit card when we rent a car?
No, you don’t. You can pay by cash, EFTPOS or credit card.
What information do you need when we rent a car?
When you make a reservation, please have the following information ready.
・Rental Pick-up Location
・Rental Return Location
・Rental Start Date and Time
・Rental End Date and Time
・Required Vehicle Type
・Flight Details (if applicable).
